What To Include In A Support Request
To help us resolve issues faster, include:
- the device model
- iOS version
- app version
- whether you used demo mode or a real account
- the screen where the problem happened
- screenshots or screen recordings, if possible
1. I cannot log in
If you are testing the product and do not want to create an account, use Try the demo on the login screen.
If you are using a real account:
- confirm you are using the correct email
- confirm your backend/auth service is reachable
- if you signed up recently, confirm any required email verification steps
2. I want to review the product without a backend setup
Use demo mode. Demo mode lets you explore the decision flow, budgets, your active goal, and transaction logging without authentication.
3. My financial data looks incorrect
Check these values first. They directly affect purchase verdicts and safe-to-spend calculations:
- monthly income
- allocation rule
- budget category amounts
- recurring expenses
- savings goal setup
4. I want my data deleted or exported
Send a request to privacy@getcibi.com with one of these subjects:
- Delete My Data
- Export My Data
